‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8 Trailer Teases an Epic End, Reveals Premiere Date

Way back in January 2018, HBO gave us a vague premiere window for the final season of Game of Thrones. And remember, winter instead of spring will arrive this April. Admitedly, Game of Thrones fans won't need much to get excited, but the 90-second teaser delivers in a way only fans of the epic show will fully appreciate. Add Game of Thrones as an interest to stay up to date on the latest Game of Thrones news, video, and analysis from ABC News.

The official Game of Thrones S8 teaser trailer is finally here. Tonight, prior to the premiere of True Detective Season 3 starring Mahershala Ali, a fiery (yet icy) preview unveiled the exact date of when the first episode will debut.

The final season of HBO's beloved fantasy drama Game of Thrones is all set to return this April, after a hiatus of nearly two whole years.

The teaser depicts the underground crypt of Winterfell, with Sansa Stark, Arya Stark and Jon Snow facing their own statues as frost approaches through the tunnels.

PG&E to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
PG&E's financial woes have already spread to the companies that supply its natural gas and generate electricity for its customers. It went on to say that a Chapter 11 reorganisation was the only viable option for meeting these goals.

We'll be getting a lot more of these types of scenes. At the end of the corridor, they find statues of themselves, before the ice starts creeping in. Then, the camera focuses on Arya, and we also hear Catelyn 's voice say, "It's all because I couldn't love a motherless child".

Also, we couldn't help but notice that Jon's statue showed him as an aged man, as compared to his sisters' younger-looking statues.

With six episodes planned, it looks like Game Of Thrones fans will be saying goodbye to Westeros in May. A press release confirms they will be "movie length episodes".
