We'll be posting all the news from the official reveal when it drops tomorrow, so be sure to check back to see what's happening with Apex Legends! The game is set in the Titanfall universe, and will reportedly be announced and launched on Monday, February 4, 2019.
Kotaku's Jason Schreier is also reporting that an informant contacted him last month about the Titanfall Battle Royal game and said the game is a mix of Titanfall, Overwatch, and Call Of Duty Blackout. It's a free-to-play battle royale that, interestingly, won't let you use the Titan mech suits that make Titanfall so iconic.
"Apex Legends will feature classes/heroes with unique abilities, maximum of 60 players per server, maximum of three players per team (trios) to compliment each other", Breslau continued. Apex Legends will run on a modified version of Valve's Source engine and as its description suggests, there won't be any Titans to control.
Iran unveils new missile on 40th anniversary of revolution
Washington warned Tehran this month against undertaking three planned rocket launches that it said would violate a U.N. It quoted Hatami as saying the missile had successfully hit targets at a distance of 745 miles.
Micro-transactions and loot boxes for cosmetic items and in-game content are said to be in Apex Legends with a very similar approach to that in Overwatch. They chose to use the same engine they used for Titanfall and Titanfall 2, but found that the game looked rather dated.
This is the second Respawn game expected this year, the first being Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
If reports are true, and it seems they are, Apex Legends will release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
