Real Madrid have confirmed the arrival of Zinedine Zidane's first signing after his return as the club as sealed a massive deal for Brazilian defender Eder Militão.

Real and FC Porto have reached an agreement over the transfer of Eder Militao, whose deal with the 13-time UEFA Champions League winners will run until 2025.

The defender, who will join in the summer, is 21 years old and is a full global with Brazil. He has been named the best defender in the league for the last five months in a row.

"Multi-purpose player, Militao plays central, although he has also occupied the right-back position". Meanwhile, in a statement to the Portuguese stock exchange, Porto said Real had agreed to pay the player's release clause of 50 million euros ($56.5m), "effective at the end of the season". It stands out for its speed, placement and ability to anticipate.
