Now an episode of Full House has emerged that's sure to prove cringeworthy to actress Lori Loughlin, also indicted Tuesday. When she discovers what her husband has done, she decides to tell the school the truth.
Fans now are making the connection between this real-life scandal and one that Loughlin's "Full House" character, Aunt Becky, was involved in. Since there is a school involved, the joke is that Lori Loughlin's real-life scam was just Aunt Becky's way of "taking the fall" for Jesse. Loughlin was taken into FBI custody in Los Angeles Wednesday and released on $1 million bond as part of the investigation into a massive college admissions scam.
"I mean, I expected this from a desperate housewife, but you?" the host added, referencing Huffman, who was on the series "Desperate Housewives".
During Season 6 in 1993, an episode titled "Be True to Your Pre-School" found Uncle Jesse - played by John Stamos - desperate to impress the school's administrators after a play date with another set of parents. However, Loughlin was on location in Canada at the time.
A star of progenitor Full House, Loughlin guest-starred on the Warner Bros.

Taylor is expected to sign with the Los Angeles Chargers to be Phillip Rivers' backup, according to the NFL Network. Obviously, there's more of an opportunity for Bridgewater to start in Miami than in New Orleans.

And then there was that one episode of Full House that may have been a premonition of sorts.
On Tuesday, it was reported that Loughin - along with actress Felicity Huffman and a number of other individuals - is alleged to have "agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team - despite the fact that they did not participate in crew - thereby facilitating their admission to USC".
Jesse "embellishes" both the twins' and his own credentials, a scam that's undone when Becky admits the scheme to the preschool's admissions officer. Huffman, who was also charged in the scandal, allegedly paid $15,000 for her older daughter's answers to be changed on the Saturday. More arrests could come in the weeks and months ahead.
