Adam Humphries Had Second Thoughts About Signing With Titans

For his career, Tate, who will turn 31 before his first season with the Giants, has 611 catches for 7,214 yards and 38 touchdowns in his career.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the nine-year veteran has agreed to a four-year deal with the Giants worth $37.5 million - $23 million of it guaranteed. He fell of to 74 for 795 last season, when he split time with the Lions and the Eagles.

The Lions discussed an extension with him past year but had numbers lower than he was looking for.

In the end, the Giants got better by signing Tate, Tate got paid, and the best receiver available is no longer a free agent.

Over the past six seasons, (starting with 2018), Tate has ranked 28th, 17th, 24th, 12th, and 30th in fantasy points scored.
